Pork chilli is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Side Dish.
Ingredients
- Pork Meat: 1 kg Naga Jolokia: 2-4 Chilli Powder(For colour): 1 tsp Grated onion: 2 tbsps Grated garlic: 1 tbsp
- Grated ginger: 2 tsps Salt: to taste Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp Warm water: 700 ml
Method
Step 1
Wash the pork meat well and drain. Make pieces. Crush the bhut jolokia finely. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the onion, garlic and ginger till slightly brown. Add the meat, turmeric powder and chilli powder.
Step 2
Stir fry for about 5 minutes and add hot water. Bring to boil. Add salt and crushed bhut jolokia.Cook covered. Simmer till the meat is done. Serve hot with boiled rice.
