Ingredients
- Egg: 3 Flour: 180 gms Mango pulp: 100 gms Sugar: 125 gms or to taste
- Butter: 100 gms Baking powder: 1 tsp Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp
Method
Step 1
Beat the eggs well. Bring the butter to room temperature and beat well. Powder the sugar and add gradually to the butter. Beat in the eggs.
Step 2
Add vanilla essence and beat well. Beat the mango pulp and beat in to the egg mixture. Sieve together the baking powder and flour. Fold in the flour to the cake mixture.
Step 3
Fill the cake cups with one tbsp of the cake mixture. Bake the cups at 180 degree for 25 minutes or till done. Serve warm with a cup of tea or coffee.
