Mango Delight is a creamy layered dessert with made with Mango pulp and vanilla flavored whipped cream.
Ingredients
- Ripe mango cubes: 2 cups Sugar: 4 tbsps Milk: 1 cup Cream: ½ cup For garnishing: lemon rinds
Method
Step 1
Whip the cream and chill overnight. In a blender take the mango cubes, sugar and milk. Blend till smooth. Mix in the whipped cream. Set in ice trays. Garnish with lemon cubes and enjoy.
