Green Chutney (Hari Chutney, Dhaniya Chutney) is a yummy, mouth-watering, spicy chutney.
Ingredients
- Coriander leaves: 1 bunch Raw mango (tender and small): ½ Green chillies: 1-4 Garlic cloves: 12 Salt and sugar: to taste
Method
Step 1
Clean the coriander leaves. Peel an unripe mango, take half of the mango and make pieces. Grind mango pieces, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves, salt and sugar together to a smooth chutney. The Dhaniar Chutney tastes better if served chilled.
