A mango lassi is basically a yogurt based mango milkshake or smoothie.
Ingredients
- Curds: 2 cups Mango cubes: 2 cups Sugar: ½ cup Chilled water: 1 cup Crushed ice: 1 cup Salt: ½ coffee spoon For decoration: Slice mangoes and mint leaves
Method
Step 1
Whip the curd till smooth and chill. In a blender blend the mango and the sugar. Add the chilled curd to the mango juice. Also add the chilled water, crushed ice and salt. Whisk till smooth. Pour into four long chilled glasses. Serve with sliced chilled mangoes. Garnish with mint leaves
